These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 989db platform and its users. By using 989db's website, mobile interface, or any other service, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

These Terms apply to players in Bangladesh and have been written in Bengali. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If evidence is found that a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number — must be accurate and truthful. 989db reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided.

2.4 Password Security

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is offered on the first deposit at 989db, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus system abuse is found — such as using multiple accounts or deliberately placing low-risk bets to exploit bonuses — the relevant bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

VIP cashback, reload bonuses, or special promotions will have their own terms and conditions, which will be published separately on the 989db platform. Two or more offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent activities or attempting to hack the system.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or introducing illegally obtained funds.
• Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.

6.2 Third-Party Funds

Users may only deposit and withdraw using their own accounts. The use of third-party bank accounts or mobile banking numbers is prohibited.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Technical Disruptions

989db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice, though this will not be done routinely and every effort will be made to protect users' interests.

989db may suspend or close an account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or illegal conduct. Any legitimate funds will be returned following the conclusion of an investigation.
